Not the cheapest one yet value for money. Decent place for 2 nights in Rome, cute little and quaint hotel. Decent size, well-maintained room for soap, and VERY INFORMATIVE staff. Bonus point for WiFi and a patio. Amazing location in a fantastic area near Restaurants, Transort, and local activities eg and the Grifo.

We were welcomed when we arrived by the owner and he was most helpful with all of our questions/needs; amount we should pay for a taxi from Stazione Termini to his hotel (we found out we had been overcharged so he made sure when we had to go back we were charge the correct price), exchanging money/banks, walking directions to the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. The hotel serves breakfast which worked out well for us and there is a small bar that we were able to have a drink at before heading out to dinner.
We stayed there only one night so it is hard to say what we didn't like. The hotel served its purpose for us as we had just arrived after a long flight and since we were heading to Positano the following day we really just needed a conveniently located and economical hotel which this definitely was.

great access to key landmarks and charming neighborhood cafes
The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the Cavour metro stop, making it so easy to reach heart-stopping sights like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain within 20 minutes at most.

Location, location, location!
We stayed at this hotel several years ago and the quality is lower now. The rooms are ok in terms of size and equipment but they need renovating or at least better cleaning. Walls next to bed were dirty and disgusting.

The location is perfect, just a
Short walk from the main attractions in Rome. The staff was helpful, providing great suggestions for local dining. The shower was quite small and could be a challenge for larger individuals.

Very helpful and friendly staff and a great location. Handy for walking to main sights and lots of good value and excellent restaurants in imediate vicinity. Situated in very nice quiet but characterful area. We had room with direct access to terrace - which gave nice city roof top views - and all guests had access to terrace area which was a nice refuge. We could see the coloseum from our window ! Bed clean and comfy.
We knew the rooms would be small - but actually they are not impossibly small at all. The shower was small and water pressure not great ! Breakfast fine - but not memorable. All small issues really and did not detract at all from lovely stay.

Det staff was very helpfull and kind. Det lokacion was good. The hotel had the right dimension.
The lightning in the rooms were very bad. Only glow lamps - if any - at the bed. It was impossible to read in bed. We drew the attention about this to the staff before leaving, so we hope the hotel will make til lightning better, before we return.
